Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining residual content of glyphosate and (aminomethyl)phosphonic acid in soil. The method comprises the steps of adding an alkali aqueous solution into a soil sample to be measured for extracting; after extraction, adding an organic solvent into crude extract for purification; then adding a derivatization reagent to perform a derivatizationreaction, and thus acquiring liquid to be measured; and at last, measuring the concentrations of glyphosate and (aminomethyl)phosphonic acid derivatives by using a gradient elution-high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector method.
