The invention provides a front baffle locating and welding device comprising two supporting beams arranged along the X-axis. A portal frame is installed between the two supporting beams and comprisescross beams arranged along the Y-axis. A welding robot is installed on the cross beams. A lower support is arranged below the welding robot. An upper support is installed on the lower support in a sliding manner along the Z-axis. The two ends of the lower support are each rotationally provided with a locating frame. The cross beams are located between the two locating frames.
