The invention provides a neutron capture therapy system and a control device. The neutron capture therapy system (100) comprises a therapy planning device (110), a control device (120) and an irradiation device (130) which are included in a network capable of transmitting and receiving information. The irradiation device (130) emits a neutron beam at an object to be irradiated. The therapy planning device (110) generates therapy plan information relating to a therapy plan, and transmits the information to the control device (120). The control device (120) adjusts the therapy plan information transmitted from the therapy planning device (110) so that the irradiation device (130) can use the therapy plan information.
