description The invention discloses an environment-friendly and moisture-proof finish material with high abrasion resistance and a preparation method and application thereof. The finish material comprises a PP membrane, the PP membrane is provided with a rough surface formed by plasma treatment, and the rough surface is provided with a hydrophobic wearing-resistant layer formed by nano alumina and gas-phase nano silica. Since the surfaces of the nano alumina and gas-phase nano silica have abundant hydroxyl groups, under acidic conditions, silicon hydroxyl groups in a fluorine-containing silane coupling agent can be condensed with the hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of nanoparticles, and meanwhile self-condensation exists among the silicon hydroxyl groups; the silane coupling agent and the nanoparticles are separately reacted with activating groups on the surface of PP, and finally a dense AL2O3/SiO2 membrane is formed on the surface of the PP membrane through graft polymerization.
