Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a metal oxygen fuel cell regulating device and a regulating method based on oxygen generation. The device comprises: an oxygen on-line generating supply system used for controlling reaction of an oxygen generation reaction of a reaction catalyst and a reactant of a reaction chamber, and supplying oxygen generated in the oxygen generation reaction to a galvanic pile; an oxygen flow control system used for obtaining the oxygen demand amount of the galvanic pile, and determining the reactant flow entering the reaction chamber; and an air pressure stabilization system usedfor detecting the air pressure value of the reaction chamber and regulating the reactant flow entering the reaction chamber according to the air pressure value of the reaction chamber.
