Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cigarette packing tightness detecting method and a cigarette packing tightness detecting device, wherein the cigarette packing tightness detecting method comprises the following steps of fixedly arranging a force sensor above a container; fixing a cigarette packing and a balance weight assembly; connecting the force sensor with the balance weight assembly; completely soaking the cigarette packing and the balance weight assembly into liquid in the container; reaching the balance under the effects of the pulling force of the force sensor, the fluid buoyancy and the gravity; obtaining a first pulling force value through the detection by the force sensor when the cigarette packing and the balance weight assembly are completely soaked into the liquid to reach the first preset time; obtaining a second pulling force value through the detection by the force sensor when the cigarette packing and the balance weight assembly are completely soaked into the liquid to reach the second preset time
