The method comprises the following steps of dissolving a crude Elagolix sodium salt in water, adjusting pH of the solution to be acidic to precipitate solids, carrying out filtering, then, dissolving the filter cake in an ether solvent, carrying out water washing, then, carrying out concentrated drying, adding an organic solvent and an alkaline substance, carrying out reaction hydrolysis at room temperature to form a salt, carrying out concentrating, then, adding waterand an ester solvent, carrying out layering, then, adjusting pH of the solution to be alkaline, then, carrying out extraction with a ketone solvent, carrying out drying, carrying out concentrating, adding an alkane solvent for pulping, carrying out filtering, and carrying out depressurized drying, thereby obtaining a high-purity Elagolix sodium salt.
