The unified driving management system comprises a server, a mobile terminal and an RFID code reader which are connected in sequence, a unified peripheral adaptation module and an RFID scanning application connected with the unified peripheraladaptation module are installed on the mobile terminal, and the RFID code reader is connected with the unified peripheral adaptation module.
