Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a non-biochemical process for treating printing and dyeing wastewater. The non-biochemical process includes the following steps that a step S1, electro flocculation and air floatation sedimentation are conducted to leachate; a step S2, the leachate after treatment of the step S1 is treated by photolysis and electrochemical reaction; a step S3, the leachate after treatmentof the step S2 is treated by electric field and photocatalytic oxidation reaction, and the non-biochemical process of the leachate is completed after the leachate reaches the standard, and if the leachate fails to meet the requirements, a step S4 is used; and the step S4, the leachate treated in step S3 is treated by electrochemical reduction reaction to complete the non-biochemical treatment of the leachate.
