The invention discloses a collaborative scheduling method and system for computing resources and network resources of a container cloud platform. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a load value of a container on a physical machine of a data center; calculating a current container load margin; if the current container load margin is smaller than 0, generating a first container sequence; ifthe maximum load margin is greater than or equal to the current container load margin, migrating the load of the current container to a container corresponding to the load margin greater than 0 in the first container sequence; if the maximum load margin is smaller than the current container load margin, migrating the load of the current container to containers managed by other physical machines in the data center where the current container is located; and if the current container load margin is greater than 0, obtaining the load value of the next container managed by the current physical machine, calculating the loa
