The column is suitable for final purification of r IFN-alpha, alpha 2a and alpha 2b into electrophoretic purity with activity recovery rate up to 95% or more. One-step purification can increase purity of product by 90-20,000 times. For nIFN-alpha purification, the activity recovery rate greater than 100%.
