Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a double-set belt type gear assembly line type robot system. The double-set belt type gear assembly line type robot system comprises two dynamic gear positioning devices whichare symmetrically placed left and right; an operation station is arranged between the two dynamic gear positioning devices, and is provided with a material bucket; and each elastic belt positioning mechanism comprises a sliding connection plate, a driving belt wheel, a driven belt wheel, an elastic synchronous belt and a lubricating baffle fixed to the sliding connection plate. According to the double-set belt type gear assembly line type robot system, by arranging a power driving mechanism to control rotating starting and stopping of the two elastic belt positioning mechanisms, positioning clamping on gears can be achieved, and circulating of various gear clamps between various station areas is not needed; and the gears needing to be assembled are dynamically circulated, and the production cost is lowered.
