The method comprises the following preparation processes of firstly selecting a communication node in a network; selecting a cluster head by using the communication node; carrying out the reasonable clustering on the network, carrying out clustering again according to the contact probability between the cluster heads so as to reduce the unnecessary loads of the cluster heads, then forming a chain routing by taking the communication nodeas a chain head and the cluster head node as a chain node, finally carrying out weighted optimization on a transmission path, and carrying out data transmission by adopting a multi-hop transmission mode; adopting the communication node for relaying, so that the multi-hop data transmission is achieved.
