An oscillating water column wave power generating device using a breakwater is disclosed. The oscillating water column wave power generating device using a breakwater, according to the present invention, is provided in the breakwater such that seawater flowing thereinto by waves moves air so as to produce power, the device comprising: an oscillating water column chamber, which is provided on the upper part of one side surface of the breakwater so as to be extended along a breakwater slope, and has a space such that seawater flows thereinto; a seawater inflow part in which one side of the oscillating water column chamber is extended to the lower part of the breakwater along the breakwater slope such that the seawater flows thereinto by waves; an air flow part in which the other side of theoscillating water column chamber is extended to the upper part of the breakwater along the breakwater slope, and which is provided on one side of the upper part of the breakwater such that the air flowing by the seawater flow
