Flexible gold electrode and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a flexible gold electrode and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of carrying out ring opening on a polyimide substrate by a KOH solution, printing a graphite mask with a designed electrode pattern, placing the substrate with the graphite mask in a nickel sulfate solution so as to enable the surface of the polyimide substrate which is not covered bygraphite to perform ion exchange reaction, removing an ink mask on the surface of the polyimide substrate by acetone, placing the substrate in a sodium borohydride solution to generate a patterned nickel seed layer, then obtaining a dense and conductive nickel electrode pattern in a commercial electroless nickel plating solution, and further obtaining the flexible gold electrode in a commercial electroless gold plating solution.
