反洗井阀及采油管柱
本发明提供一种反洗井阀及采油管柱,通过在壳体内部的浮子容纳腔内设置有浮子,使浮子的密度小于洗井液密度,大于地层液体密度,在采油阶段实现地层液体由下接头依次经由第一通道、浮子容纳腔及第二通道从上接头流出,而在反洗井阶段从油套环空注入的洗井液由上接头经由第二通道进入浮子容纳腔,使浮子浮起与阀座形成封堵,使的洗井液无法进入第一通道,进而无法由下接头流入下方地层中,从而建立正常洗井循环,避免洗井液漏失进入地层中无法反出到井口导致洗井液无法冲刷抽油泵内部的问题,且不会影响抽油机井环空液面的监测,为抽油井生产提供的重要数据;并且可实现采油过程和反洗井过程的快速转换,提高了采油效率,此外还可实现注水。 Th...
