According to the method, a reasonable multi-carrier distributed system power consumption model is established, a cooperative antenna setselection method based on received pilot signal strength is provided, and on the basis, the combined subcarrier distribution and power control optimization problem with the maximum system energy efficiency is solved through bisection search and a Lagrangian duality method. The method is applicable to a multi-carrier distributed antenna system, and the purpose of maximizing the energy efficiency of the system is achieved through joint distribution of resources such as antennas, subcarriers and transmitting power on the premise that the service quality requirement of a user is guaranteed.
