The optical axis positioning device comprises a debugging module andan excentricity measuring instrument; the excentricity measuring instrument comprises a light source, a camera, a detachable focusing objective lens and a turntable; the debugging module comprises anoptical fiber plug simulation jig, an optical lens set arranged in the optical fiber plug simulation jig, and an optical assembly used for installing the optical fiber plug simulation jig; and the optical assembly is installed on the turntable of the excentricity measuring instrument, and is subjected to dip angle adjustment and/or translation adjustment under the driving of the turntable, so asto obtain a central axis.
