Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a thermoelectric decoupling system and method based on a high-low bypass joint heating mode, and belongs to the field of thermoelectric systems. The thermoelectric decoupling system comprises at least one brake valve mounted on a pipeline in front of a high-bypass water spraying adjusting valve, at least two flow measuring devices mounted in a pipeline of a high-bypass attemperation water and steam system, at least one butterfly valve mounted on a pipeline between a low-pressure bypass and a condenser system, and at least two flow measuring devices in a pipeline of a low-bypass attemperation water and steam system. Steam is guided out of a low-bypass outlet of any unit to a heat supply network heater steam inlet main tube of all units, and the system is kept balanced through flow detection and flow control.
