Data transmission method and system

The invention discloses a data transmission method and system. The method comprises the following steps: presetting a dimension set in a metadata system, wherein each element in the dimension set comprises a dimension identifier of one dimension and a processing script corresponding to the dimension; the first system transmitting first data including a plurality of dimensions into a metadata system; the metadata system determining processing scripts corresponding to all dimensions in the first data according to the dimension set, and using the determined processing scripts for processing the data of the corresponding dimensions in the first data to obtain second data; the metadata system returning the second data to the first system; and the first system sending the second data to the second system. 本申请公开了一种数据传输方法及其系统。该方法包括：在元数据系统中预先设定维度集合，维度集合中每一个元素包括一个维度的维度标识和该维度对应的处理脚本；第一系统将包含多个维度的第一数据传入元数据系统；元数据系统根据维度集合确定第一数据中各个维度对应的处理脚本，并使用所确定的处理脚本分别对第一数据中相应维度的数据进行处理，得到第二数据；元数据系统将第二数据返回给第一系统；第一系统将第二数据发送给第二系统。
