The method comprises the following steps: carrying out word segmentation processing on a query tobe labeled; utilizing a word vector model obtained through pre-training to respectively determine word vectors of the words; determining a query vector of the query according to the word vector of each word; and inputting the query vector into a pre-trained labeling model to obtain an output intention labeling result.
