The anti-OX40 (CD134) antibody can be specifically combined with mammal OX40, and preferably, the antibody has high affinity on human and/or primate OX40 protein and has the effects of blocking combination of OX40 and a ligand thereof at a certain concentration, adjusting the activity of a receptor, stimulatingactivation and proliferation of T cells and the like.
