Water body oxygenation device based on Mobius band and application method thereof

The invention relates to a water body oxygenation device based on Mobius band and a method thereof. The water body oxygenation device comprises an Mobius band, a rotating shaft and connecting rods, wherein the Mobius band is formed by twisting 180 degrees for n times (n is an odd number); the center line of torus of the Mobius band is on the same plane, and the center line of the torus of the Mobius band is round; the rotating shaft is vertical to the Mobius band and positioned at the central position of the center line of the Mobius band; there are at least three connecting rods; and one endof each connecting rod is connected with the Mobius band, and the other end is connected with the rotating shaft. Through twisting of the Mobius band, contact area between a water body and the air isincreased. And then oxygen content of the water is increased, decline in oxygen content of urban landscape water body is avoided, and descending of biodiversity and deterioration of the water body dueto the decline in oxygen c
