According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps that (1) determining maintenance technology list optimization indexes, wherein the maintenance technologylist optimization indexes comprise a cost index, a service life and an application index; (2) respectively carrying out data initial processing and normalization on the cost index, the adaptation index and the service life of the maintenance technology; (3) determining the weight value of each index by adopting a G1 method; (4) establishing a coefficient matrix of each index according to the normalized data; and (5) introducing a decision matrix, establishing a genetic algorithm multi-objective optimization model, and further determining an optimal maintenance technical list of the bridge under multiple diseases.
