Welding device of photoelectric devices

The invention relates to the field of packaging welding machining of photoelectric devices, in particular to a welding device of the photoelectric devices. The welding device comprises an upper electrode, a lower electrode and a coaxial guiding column for connecting and positioning the upper electrode and the lower electrode; the upper electrode is provided with a first notch for containing a baseof a TO pipe seat, and the lower electrode is provided with a second notch for containing a cap-peak-free pipe cap of the TO pipe seat, and a positioning seat for guaranteeing the concentricity of the base and the pipe cap; and the cap-peak-free pipe cap is placed in the positioning seat, the base of the TO pipe seat is embedded in the first notch after the upper electrode and the lower electrodeare closed, and the concentricity of the pipe cap and the base is guaranteed through the positioning seat. According to the welding device, the problems that the traditional photoelectric devices with cap peaks have space lim
