The embodiment of the invention provides a method and an apparatus for determining a driving behavior, and a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal. The method comprises: acquiring first driving data from a taximeter of a vehicle and acquiring second driving data from a CAN bus of the vehicle; and on the basis of the first driving data and the second driving data, determining the driving behavior ofthe driver. The method is simple and is easy to operate; the structure of the taximeter is not changed; and thus the cost spent in identifying the driving behavior of the driver is lowered. 本发明实施例提供一种驾驶行为的判别方法、装置和车载智能终端。所述方法包括：从交通工具的计价器上获取第一行驶数据，从所述交通工具的CAN总线上获取第二行驶数据；根据所述第一行驶数据和所述第二行驶数据，确定驾驶员的驾驶行为。该方法简单，易于操作，且对计价器的结构不做任何改变，进而降低了识别驾驶员驾驶行为的成本。
