The device comprises a first container, a second container and a third container; the lower ends of the first container, the second container and the third container are provided with liquid outlet pipes respectively; piston switches for controlling liquid in the first container, the second container and the thirdcontainer to flow out are arranged on the liquid outlet pipes respectively; by means of the liquid outlet pipes, the first container, the second container and the third container are communicated with a horizontal flow channel; the horizontal flow channel is provided with one or more branch droppers which continue to downwards control the liquid to flow out, and the branch droppers are provided with the piston switches; chromatographic columns are arranged below the positions opposite to the branch droppers.
