Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of phosphatase activity detection, and particularly relates to a black phosphorus mediated a copper ion aggregation electrochemical signal conversion detection method for activity of phosphatase. The detection method comprises the following steps that pyrophosphate is mixed with inorganic pyrophosphatase to be subjected to activity detection for reaction; a copper salt is added and the reaction is continued; a reaction liquid to be detected is obtained; and a copper ion electrochemical signal is detected by black phosphorus and an electrochemical response signal is obtained. The black phosphorus mediated copper ion aggregation electrochemical signal conversion phosphatase activity sensing technology is used for detecting the activity of the pyrophosphatase; and the method is simple and operation is easy, operation is conducted in a homogeneous solution, a natural substrate PPi consistent with physiological conditions is used and combined with the specific adsorption property |
