Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a control device for smoothly outputting pulse per second of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). The control device comprises a first port for receiving input pulse persecond of the GNSS, a time stamping module for recording time stamps of the input pulse per second, a second port for receiving a unified standard interface protocol of a navigation device, and a TAI(International Atomic Time)/UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time module, and also comprises a software time stamp processing module which comprises a complete time stamp cache of the software and a processing area of software time stamp processing algorithm. The TAI/UTC time module obtains TAI/UTC time aligned with the input pulse per second through the second port. The software time stamp processing module fits an output pulse per second curve by the software time stamp processing algorithm through acquiring time stamp information of the input pulse per second and TAI/UTC time information and combining complete time
