Upper and lower pedestals are arranged in the upper and lower frames respectively and positioned in the same vertical line, the top end of an upper support rod and the bottom end of a lower support rod are arranged in the upper and lower pedestals respectively, a displacement sensor is arranged in the upper support rod, the two ends of a pull bar is connected to the top end of the lower support rod and the displacement sensing end of the displacement sensor respectively, and an inclination angle sensor is arranged in the surface of the pull bar.
