Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a beta nucleating agent. The method comprises the steps of: adding PP-g-MAH into an alkaline solution with a concentration of 0.05g/mL-0.15g/mL according to a mass-volume ratio of (0.2-2):1, with a unit of g/mL, and conducting heating and stirring to obtain a clarified solution; and adding a compound containing lanthanum ions into the clarified solution, with the mass ratio of the PP-g-MAH to the compound containing lanthanum ions being 1:(0.2-1.2), and conducting stirring, filtering and drying to obtain the product. The beta nucleating agent prepared according to the invention can effectively induce polypropylene to produce high content beta crystal forms and improve the rigidity and toughness of polypropylene material.
本发明涉及种β成核剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将PP-g-MAH加入至浓度为0.05g/mL-0.15g/mL的碱性溶液中,加热搅拌,得澄清溶液,所述PP-g-MAH与所述碱性溶液的质量体积比为(0.2-2):1,单位为g/mL;向所述澄清溶液中加入含有镧离子的化合物,搅拌,过滤干燥,即得,所述PP-g-MAH与所述含有镧离子的化合物的质量比为1:(0.2-1.2)。本发明制得的β成核剂能够有效诱导聚丙烯产生高含量的β晶型,提高聚丙烯材料的刚性和韧性。 |
