Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method for an Ag-graphene electric contact material and belongs to the technical field of low voltage electric appliance contact materials. Graphene powder and molten silver melt jointly pass through a double roller mill to obtain a cast-rolled thin strip through a strip rolling throwing method, then the thin strip is cut into small pieces, and then an Ag-graphene composite product is obtained through pressing, sintering, re-pressing and re-sintering, extrusion drawing or rolling technology. In order to improve properties of a carbonaceous phase reinforced silver-based electric contact material, graphene is adopted for replacing graphite in the preparation method, unique structural characteristics, excellent electric conductivity, heat conductivity and other properties of graphene are utilized for improving comprehensive properties of the silver-based electric contact material, graphene and a substrate are combined through double roller cast-rollstrip throwing technology |
