The method comprises the steps that S2, two grounded divider resistors RT with the same resistance are set inside an insulation monitor mainframe; S4, bus grounded voltage VH and VL is obtained through the ground divider resistors, and the two ground divider resistors are represented through RH and RL; S6, when RH=RL=infinity, VH=VL=2,000 V; S8, when the system single-end ground or insulation resistance is lowered, an equation specified in the description isobtained.
