The invention discloses an electric spindle swinging and grinding mechanism which comprises an arrangement frame, multiple grinding electric spindles sequentially arranged on the arrangement frame, and a chip collecting cavity formed in the arrangement frame and located below the front portions of the grinding electric spindles. The multiple grinding electric spindles are provided with grinding heads with different specifications, and the multiple grinding electric spindles are arranged on a swing assembly so that when external workpiece abut against the grinding heads of the grinding electricspindles for polishing, the grinding electric spindles can float front and back through the swing assembly.
