Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for treating catalytic cracking oil slurry. The method comprises the following steps: a, mixing catalytic cracking oil slurry with catalytic cracking diesel oil to obtain mixed-fraction oil, wherein the mixing weight ratio of the catalytic cracking oil slurry to the catalytic cracking diesel oil is 1:(0.2-10), and the viscosity of the mixed-fraction oil at 80 DEGC is not higher than 60 mm /s; and b, separating the obtained mixed-fraction oil by using a catalyst fine powder separation device to obtain clear separated oil and oil sludge. The treating method provided by the invention can reduce the viscosity of the catalytic cracking oil slurry, improve separation efficiency of solid particles in the oil slurry, and ensure long-period operation of the separation device. 本发明涉及种催化裂化油浆的处理方法,该方法包括:a、将催化裂化油浆与催化裂化柴油混合,得到混合馏分油;其中,所述催化裂化油浆与催化裂化柴油的混合重量比为1:(0.2-10);所述混合馏分油的80℃粘度不高于60毫米/秒;b、将所得混合馏分油采用催化剂细粉分离设备进行分离处理,得到澄清分离油和油泥。本发明提供的处理方法能够降低催化裂化油浆的粘度,提高油浆中固体颗粒的分离效率,保障分离设备的长周期运转。
