A management system and a management method of a memory device

A management system of a memory device is used for managing a memory device. The memory device has a plurality of sub-chip. Each sub-chip includes a receiving block and a data block. The management system comprises a processor and a thermal data tracking device. A processor is coupled to the memory device. The processor selects a target sub-chip from the sub-chips according to the individual temperatures of the sub-chips. A thermal data tracking device is coupled to the processor. The thermal data tracking device includes a plurality of tracking layers.
