The method comprises following specific steps: S1, the shape of the channel is designed by computer-aided software and stored as an STL (standard template library) model; S2, the STL model is converted into a printing path track ofa 3D printer by slicing software; S3, a PVA (polyvinyl acetate) water-soluble material is printed on a printing substrate by 3D printing according to the designed track, and a channel mask is manufactured; S4, the printing substrate is taken down, glue is poured to the printing substrate, and then the printing substrate is left to stand; S5, cleaning is performed: after the glue is cured, the whole body is put in water and subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, PVA is dissolved, and the micro-channel is manufactured.
