Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a detecting device for fatigue durability of automotive glass. The detecting device comprises a device body, wherein the device body is in communication connection with an external PLC industrial control computer and comprises a base, a self-adaptive clamping mechanism which is obliquely and fixedly arranged at one top end of the base at a certain included angle, a simulative vibration mechanism which is mounted on the self-adaptive clamping mechanism, an XY motion mechanism which is fixed at the other top end of the base, as well as a crack detecting mechanism which isarranged on the XY motion mechanism. According to the detecting device disclosed by the invention, to-be-detected glass is fixedly clamped by the self-adaptive clamping mechanism, and detection demands of the automotive glass with different sizes can be met; the simulative vibration mechanism simulates vibration generated by pavement environment and a vehicle body structure in the normal driving process of an automobile; |
