Zusammenfassung:	The first time a display device is turned on, is turned on after it has been factory reset, or is factory reset, the display device displays a message indicating that in a default and current power mode of the display device, a hardware component of the display device different than display hardware is powered off when the display device enters a low-power state. A user is permitted to have the hardware component remain powered on when the display device enters the low-power state. 显示设备第次被开启时、在它已经被恢复出厂设置之后被开启时、或被恢复出厂设置时，显示设备显示消息，其指示：在显示设备的默认和当前功率模式中，当显示设备进入低功率状态的时候，与显示硬件不同的显示设备的硬件组件被关停。准许用户使硬件组件在显示设备进入低功率状态的时候保持被上电。
