The invention relates to an experimental method for measuring the avoidance capability of fishes using tributaries under supersaturated stress of dissolved gas. The method includes the following stepsof a, selecting experimental samples; b, preparing an experimental model; c, selecting experimental equipment; d, adjusting the concentration of water in a dissolved gas supersaturation water tank ofa main tank to the specified dissolved gas supersaturation concentration; e, using a water pump for introducing the water in the dissolved gas supersaturation water tank into the main tank and adjusting the water to a determined flow rate; f, using the water pump for introducing a clean water tank into a branch tank to adjust the flow rate of water in the clean water tank to be identical to thatof water in the main tank; g, placing the fishes at a mesh plate at the downstream tail end of the main tank and observing the avoidance conditions of the fishes. According to the experimental methodfor measuring the avoidance
