The method includes the following stepsof a, selecting experimental samples; b, preparing an experimental model; c, selecting experimental equipment; d, adjusting the concentration of water in a dissolved gas supersaturation water tank ofa main tank to the specified dissolved gas supersaturation concentration; e, using a water pump for introducing the water in the dissolved gas supersaturation water tank into the main tank and adjusting the water to a determined flow rate; f, using the water pump for introducing a clean water tank into a branch tank to adjust the flow rate of water in the clean water tank to be identical to thatof water in the main tank; g, placing the fishes at a mesh plate at the downstream tail end of the main tank and observing the avoidance conditions of the fishes.
