Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a regional power network dispatching operation index evaluation method based on an information entropy theory, belonging to the technical field of power system dispatching evaluation. First, the power system operation indexes are selected and classified into rigidity index and flexibility index, and the corresponding threshold is set for each rigidity index. Type uniformization and dimensionless processing are carried out on each power network operation index; the comprehensive evaluation method of an entropy weight method is used to establish the evaluation matrix. If the rigidity index of any evaluated province exceeds the limit, the weight coefficient is adjusted. Then, after the weight coefficient is adjusted twice, the comprehensive index of dispatching operation level is calculated.
