Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of a low carbide mesh grade GCr15 bearing round steel. The production method comprises steps of (1) putting a continuous casting billet in a furnace and heating, wherein the continuous casting billet is heated for 5-7 hours at 1200 EDG C and more, and rolling the continuous casting billet to obtain a billet with compression ratio greater than or equal to4.5; (2) putting the billet into the furnace and heating, wherein the billet is heated for 2-3 hours at 1200 DEG C or more, then rolling the billet into round steel; and (3) rapidly cooling the rolled round steel, then raising temperature to less than or equal to 550 DEG C. According to the method, the continuous casting billet is rolled into billet, so that center defects of the casting billet are overcome; heating twice ensures that the carbide is melted and diffuses completely; rapid cooling inhibits mesh carbide from precipitating, reducing the carbide mesh level effectively.
