Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fluorescently-labeled phosphino-acrylic acid and itaconic acid copolymer. The fluorescently-labeled phosphino-acrylic acid and itaconic acid copolymer is prepared by the steps of subjecting raw materials, including 4-bromine-1,8-naphthalic anhydride, ethanol and N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propylenediamine, to reaction to obtain 4-bromo-N-(3-N',N'-dimethylaminopropyl)-1,8-naphthalimide, reacting a mixed solution of the ethanol and ethylene glycol methyl ether with n-butylamine to obtain a product, reacting the product with allyl chloride to obtain 4-butylamino-N-(3-N',N'-dimethylaminopropyl)naphthalimide allyl chloride ammonium, and copolymerizing fluorescent monomers with sodium hypophosphite, itaconic acid and acrylic acid through one-step aqueous phase synthesis.
