Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a composite material for preparing intermediate strength fibers and a quick forming method and an application hereof. The composite material comprises 100 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 1-40 parts of a flow modifier, 0-10 parts of a lubricant, 1-40 parts of polyolefin and 0-1 part of an antioxidant. The method comprises the following steps: mixing ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene with the flow modifier to prepare a compound A; mixing the lubricant with polyolefin through a mixing kettle to prepare a component B; and finally, mixing the component A, the component B and the antioxidant uniformly to prepare the composite material. The application comprises the following steps: extruding the compound special material through a single screw extruder to obtain a precursor; thermally stretching the precursor at 8-64 times at 110-150 DEG C; and finally, coiling the precursor to obtain a product.
