External electron donor of Ziegler-Natta type propylene polymerization catalyst and catalyst containing the same

The invention discloses an external electron donor of a Ziegler-Natta type propylene polymerization catalyst and a catalyst containing the same. The structural formula of the external electron donor is RSi(ORI)3, wherein R is cycloalkyl of C6 or above, cycloalkyl derivative of C6 or above, cycloalkyl alkenyl of C6 or above or a cycloalkyl alkenyl derivative of C6 or above, and RI is alkyl of C1-C5straight chain or branched chain. The catalyst containing the external electron donor provided by the invention is suitable for polymerization of propylene in different ways, like continuous processand batch process liquid phase bulk polymerization, gas phase polymerization and supercritical polymerization, and polymerization technologies adopting different combination forms. The obtained catalyst has high polymerization efficiency, can meet different hydrogen response characteristics, and has high isotacticity, can be used for production of homo-polypropylene or co-polypropylene. Moreover,no matter under a low MFR o
