The device comprises: a closed container with transparent side walls, wherein a closed space for accommodating a sample is formed in the closed container and a humidity sensor is arranged on the closed container; a servo single-axis loading system comprising a top pressure head and a rigid base which are used for axially loading a sample; a humidity controller which is hermetically connected with the closed container through a pipeline to control the humidity in the closed container; a humidity controlling system which is connected with the humidity sensor and the humidity controller; an image collecting device which is arranged outside the closed container inthe manner of being rotatable around the closed container and used for collecting full-view angle images before and after deformation, of side faces of the sample; and an image controlling and analyzing system which is conne
