Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large-aircraft-impact-resistant and high elongation Q345B steel plate for nuclear power, and a production method thereof, wherein the chemical components of the steel plate comprise, by mass, 0.10-0.13% of C, 0.25-0.40% of Si, 1.00-1.25% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.008% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, 0.010-0.020% of Nb, 0.010-0.025% of Ti, 0.025-0.030% of Als, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The production method comprises: smelting, continuous casting, rolling, and heat treatment. According to the present invention, the steel plate hasthe low C content and the low Mn content; by adding a certain amount of Ti, the strength is increased; by using the rolling control and the normalizing, the tempering process is eliminated; the steelplate is easy to weld, and can resists large aircraft impact; and the production method has characteristics of simple manufacturing process and stable product quality, and is suitable for mass production.
