Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an irpex lacteus strain with a high cordycepin yield and a culture method of the irpex lacteus strain. The irpex lacteus strain with the high cordycepin yield is separated and purified from a sporocarp of a strain of Cordyceps hawkesii Gray and is molecularly identified as irpex lacteus CHG05. The irpex lacteus strain with the high cordycepin yield is cultured stage by stageto obtain mycelia; after the mycelia are fermented and cultured in a liquid, the contents of intracellular and extracellular cordycepin, adenine and ergosterol are respectively detected with an efficient liquid phase method; and meanwhile, the contents of intracellular and extracellular cordyceps polysaccharide are detected with an anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry ; and the contents of intracellular and extracellular cordycepic acid are detected with a periodate oxidation colorimetry.
