The method comprises the steps of 1, determining the extended target point according to a target center point of task planning, wherein a distance between the extended target point and the geocenter is smaller than a distance between the target center point and the geocenter; 2, inputting the extended target point to a satellite attitude control system; and 3, controlling the satellite to perform staring imaging on the extended target point by the satellite attitude control system,wherein part of a formed image comprises the target center point, and the coverage overlapping rate of the two adjacent frames of images is larger than 50%.
