By wrapping zeolite glass fiber particles, the doped particles and the organic substrate are combined more tightly, so that the comprehensive performance of the organic glass is further enhanced. 本发明公开了种韧性高的有机玻璃制备方法,通过将聚丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行反应,两者结合,聚丙酸丁酯由于接枝上甲基丙烯酸甲酯,从而与有机玻璃基底具有良好的相容性,强化了界面粘结,起到了很好的增容作用;另方面增加了链的柔顺性,有效提高了复合材料的韧性,对沸石玻璃纤维粒子进行包裹后,使掺杂粒子与有机玻璃基底结合更加紧密,从而进步提升有机玻璃的综合性能。
